CRYSTAL KING Crystal King, owner of the Centre For Conscious Living in Cedar Falls, is an international meditation instructor in one of the oldest forms of meditation on record. She received her graduate teaching certification in shaktipat meditation through director and best selling author Steven Sadleir of the Self Awareness Institute of Laguna Beach CA.  Crystal offers each person a toolbox for centering thru meditation instruction, yoga, reflexology, cleansing, Reiki and guided relaxation sessions for young and old. Crystal along with co-owner Bob Uhl developed Naki Izee, an energy balancing alignment with spiritual attunement.
